Office Angels Bournemouth is delighted to be partnering with a fantastic local sound specialist company. We are looking to recruit a Finance Manager for a fantastic distribution company that deals with mobile and marine audio products.

Based on the outskirts of Poole, this company is focused on its culture, and is looking for its perfect fit, for someone to join their team.

The role includes elements such as:

  • Processing credit cards
  • Handling daily update of customer payments/receipts
  • VAT compliance including HMRC returns
  • Maintain Payroll & Pension compliance
  • Produce financial reports
  • Assist with managing budgets & monitor cash flows
  • Deal daily with sales ledger credit control
  • Management of the supply chain - processing invoices and reconciling accounts

The perfect candidate will be able to evidence:

  • Direct credit control experience
  • Ability to work on own initiative, prioritise work and handle daily pressures
  • Ability to make decisions on the running of the companies finance department
  • Responsibility for company budget, including accounting guidelines, year end, and external liaison with auditors/accountants
  • Ability to advise the company on financial issues and work-flow improvement
  • Help meet cash and debtor days targets
