Business Development Manager, M4 corridor (remote/home working)

Resolve Recruitment are working with one of the global leaders that provide people assessment tools across a variety of recruitment & employment sectors. Due to continued growth across their business, our client seeks an experienced Business Development Manager to cover the M4 corridor.

The role - overview:

  • To target new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling and face to face visits
  • To speak with decision makers ultimately responsible for recruitment within their business
  • To sell consultatively the features and benefits of this extremely effective candidate assessment solution
  • Gaining commitment from the decision maker and secure a trial period
  • Account manage the client through the infancy of this trial period

The person - must haves:

  • A solid and successful background in B2B solution sales sector (IT, Media, Recruitment etc)
  • A real hunting mentality as this is a largely new business sales career
  • To be successful you will enjoy autonomy, be a tenacious self-starter and have the drive to achieve results
  • You must be able to sell to snr decision makers in a face to face capacity
  • Comfortable and confident working remotely/from home
  • Excellent organisational skills in addition to high competency with MS packages
  • Good working knowledge of your region
  • Other traits: Imaginative, disciplined, competitive, influential, persuasive, self-confident & self-starting

For rewards:

  • Basic salary of up to £30,000
  • Very high uncapped OTE (£20,000 minimum OTE in first year)
  • 36ppm mileage allowance for client visits
