Salary - £ 25,000 - £ 30,000 + Excellent Benefits

My client is an innovative and entrepreneurial group of companies with a strong presence in the leisure, insurance and hospitality sector are seeking to attract a Senior Marketing Executive to join a vibrant marketing team based in Tunbridge Wells.

The role of a Marketing Executive will be to support the Head of Retail Marketing in the development and deployment of marketing, communications, events and projects across one of the largest key brands within the group to enhance brand awareness and reputation.

• Embrace and embody all of the company's values and Customer Charter promises at all times.
• Construct tailored and targeted content for marketing literature and websites including emails and blogs. The customer demographic for this brand is niche and requires a personalised approach.
• Manage a comprehensive advertising schedule with key publishers, assessing new opportunities and negotiating to secure the best rates for the brand.
• Work closely with the senior team to ensure a collaborative relationship is nurtured and full understanding of the needs of the business is maintained, ensuring value is added wherever possible.
• Take the lead on two large events each year, working extremely closely with our events team to create and coordinate an outstanding presence at both shows.
• Work closely with our online, social, internal comms and PR teams to ensure all projects have a multi-pronged focus and all activity is beautifully joined up.
• Review all marketing campaigns to assess effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement to the senior team.
• Create excellent relationships with suppliers, partners, stakeholders and internal team members across the business to ensure all activity is completed as seamlessly as possible.
• Complete administrative work including report compilation and invoicing.
