Payroll Administrator - Top 60 firm
Are you a Payroll Administrator / Payroll Assistant looking to upgrade to a Top 60 firm in London where you can continue with your payroll career and receive top quality training and support? Do you have at least 12 months of payroll experience in an accountancy practice firm, or a payroll bureau, and looking to upgrade to a larger firm which is recruiting due to continued growth over the last 12 months? Are you also looking to gain exposure to some very interesting clients, many from the film, TV, media, entertainment and theatre sectors? You will be fully trained so that you can process and prepare simple and complex payroll calculations for both small and large clients, and you will be expected to work on your own initiative in a short space of time. Your role will include being trained so you can carry out payrolls from start to finish, building strong relationships with all your clients, being responsible for the full payroll cycle, providing technical support, dealing with client queries, reconciliations, RTI, making 3rd party payments as well as ad hoc assignments.
This growing Top 60 accountancy practice will consider candidates with between 12 months and five years of payroll experience either in an accountancy practice firm or a payroll bureau. You must be enthusiastic about payroll and be looking to work in a medium sized, yet well-established payroll team (currently 5 members of staff). You must be looking to build on your current payroll knowledge and be looking to progress and assume high levels of responsibility early on. Experience of a range of software packages would be an advantage (particularly STAR software) but training will be provided where necessary.
