We are looking for an experienced and talented Digital Marketing Manager to develop and executive multi-channel marketing strategies covering the North Sea territory for our client, a successful international travel and tourism company.

The Digital Marketing Manager will be based in London (Victoria) working together with the UK marketing team, also working closely with the marketing team in the Netherlands, sharing responsibility of the North Sea region. Travel is one of the many perks of this role!

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, optimising and further developing digital marketing campaigns across all channels, on time and on budget.

The Digital Marketing Manager will help build mulit-channel marketing strategies based on insights and data, but also seek out new opportunities influenced by best practice and trends within digital marketing to attract new customers and drive increased sales.

Core Responsibilities:

*Strategic digital marketing planning for the region (North Sea area) in line with established targets and KPIs
*Plan and execute online marketing campaigns and drive sales through our digital channels including search, social media and display advertising campaigns
*Identify trends and insights, optimise spend and performance based on the insights
*Develop our local social media strategy and manage the execution across all channels, in cooperation with global team
*Measure and evaluate our digital marketing activities, using appropriate and relevant online advertising platforms, analytics and insights
*Manage digital agency relationships, ensuring that partners engage with our strategic vision and work to increase our online presence which supports our business objectives
*Work closely with the marketing team (North Sea area), other departments and participate in global development project groups
*Ensure brand consistency across all digital campaigns and channels

Required experience and skills:

*Educated to degree level to a minimum 2:1 - preferably in a subject strongly related to digital marketing
*Minimum 3 years' experience in a digital marketing role including online advertising and social media, and B2C marketing
*Commercially astute with a proven track record of growing online sales in a large multi-channel organisation
*Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics,)
*Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
*Well-versed in digital marketing best practices and up-to-date with the latest trends
*Experience in the travel of tourism industry a bonus
