Due to our continuing success we are currently looking to grow our team with the addition of a Customer Service Manager to join us in Cross Gates, on the edge of Leeds City Centre.

Duties:

Managing the customer services team
Ensuring all customer service queries run smoothly and efficiently
Helping to build good customer relations
Assisting in the training and development of customer service staff
Handling complaint and queries (from both customers and staff)
Liaising with the Warehouse, Sales and Marketing Manager to ensure smooth day to day running of the company
Reporting to directors on performance and customer satisfaction

This is a permanent, full-time position; Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 dependent on experience.

Requirements:

Previous experience managing and motivating a team of up to 10 members of staff
Experience working in customer services is essential
Excellent communication skills; with both staff and customers
Possess the ability to inspire, lead and motivate a team
Decision making and quick thinking are must have traits
Strong IT and Numeracy skills
Hard working, enthusiasm and punctual
