Due to team growth and increased workload, an excellent opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Bid Coordinator to join a leading independent engineering consultancy who operate globally.

Their services include Building Services, Building Structures and Civil Engineering, and they have gained a reputation for providing first class engineering services with clients having confidence they will deliver results. 

The Assistant Bid Publisher will work closely with the Bid Manager to produce high quality work winning documents and ensure completed proposals meet the bid specification on time and to the deadline. 

The Assistant Bid Publisher may come from a similar position with experience of work winning. The role may also be suitable for an extremely organised and creative individual who would like their first step into bidding and tenders. Excellent presentation and communications skills are essential. The Assistant Bid Coordinator will be designing documentation using Adobe CC including photoshop and InDesign, so experience in the Adobe Suite is also essential. 

In return you will receive a salary of up to £26,000 with a generous benefits package.
