Our client is a highly successful and dynamic claims management company that prides themselves on providing an excellent personal service to their customers.
The Claims Writer plays a leading role by investigating, analysing and reviewing all of the evidence for the customer's complaint. Working with a caseload of files, you will prepare and write claims for cases to be submitted to the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. You will develop a clear theory and strategy for the foundation of each individual claim including an analysis of financial data.
You must have an analytical mind, be proactive and confident communicating with customers and business partners. A good level of numeracy and great attention to detail is essential.
All industry specific training will be provided however experience or an understanding of the financial services or claims management industry would be an advantage.
Salary for this role is £18,000 to £22,000 depending on experience with a realistic OTE of £30,000
