Your new role
In a beautiful setting situated close to Diss, you will be working alongside a team of chefs creating and serving delicious food for large catering events & functions as well as a full restaurant menu for residents staying overnight and non-resident diners in both their bar restaurant, You will be working as part of a team that welcomes new ideas and who can move from 1st gear to 5th gear depending on business requirements.
What you will need
Ideally you will have relevant experience of coming from a similar Sous Chef position however coming from a Junior Sous or Senior Chef de Partie position looking for your next step up on the career ladder is something my client is extremely keen to consider also. You should have previous contract catering or outside catering experience with experience handling quality catering for large numbers on a regular basis advantageous.
Your new team are friendly and supportive; this is a kitchen and front of house team who work well together and are always willing to help each other out, therefore your work ethic and personality will be just as important as your knife skill!
