The Role: With an even split between account management and business development, the successful Area Sales Manager will be calling on independent opticians. Speaking to business owners and practice managers, you will be selling a range of optical solutions, also supplying packaging and POS merchandise. You will be tasked business development and opening new accounts.

The Company: Having developed a sales turnover approaching £20 million in just over a decade, our client is a dynamic and ambitious British firm also expanding globally. They hold several licenses with top fashion design names and produce a high quality range of fashion eyewear. Now looking to recruit a new Area Sales Manager to cover Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Surrey and Sussex.

We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

* Strong field sales experience
* You must come from B2B background
* Proactive and tenacious candidates with great relationship building skills

Benefits of this role:

* £27,000 - £30,000 Base Salary
* OTE £45,000 - £55,000 Uncapped Commission
* Fully Expensed Company Car or Allowance
