Senior Site Manager and NHBC/Timber Frame
Location - Glossop
Salary - Negotiable

Kinetic Construction currently have a requirement for a Senior Site Manager in Glossop.

The ideal candidate will have previously gained at least 7 years' experience as a Site Manager and preference will be given to candidates have previously worked and delivered in full, timber frame residential projects.

The purpose of this position will be full management of the build in its entirety, in accordance to time, cost and quality.

The ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate the following qualifications / experience / aptitude:

* Ensures that works are carried out in accordance with the contract information; drawings, specifications, details, NHBC requirements etc.
* Monitors progress in line with the current programme & reports progress to Senior Site Team.
* Provides a weekly progress update to the Construction Manager / Project Manager.
* Checks quality and quantity of all deliveries of materials & ensures all documentation and paperwork is maintained to a consistently high standard.
* Attends all meetings, i.e. pre-start, monthly developments and weekly meetings with sales negotiators.
* Liaises with site teams throughout the progress of the works to ensure that works are running in line with the programme and that everything is handed over correctly & in full detail.
* Inspects all stages of work for accuracy and quality prior to next stage of work continuing, all in accordance with Company standards.
* Manages and oversees all subcontractors on site, ensuring that they are working in line with their subcontract agreement.
* Ensures that all Health, Safety and Welfare policies are adhered to at all times & that site presentation is in accordance to Company standards at all times.
* Ensures that all company disciplines are adhered to and encourages a good team spirit at all times to the personnel on site.
* Ensures that all properties are completed to the highest quality and follow the PCN handover process.
* Liaises with internal and external parties to ensure the entire build process is smooth and trouble free at all times.
* Liaises with the Site Sales & Marketing teams on a daily basis to ensure that all home tours have been completed & that all customer requirements are met.
