Our client is looking to recruit a positive candidate with a "can do" attitude. They are flexible on the level of experience, essentially this is a Customer focused role, delivering a high level service.

Salary at £18-20k; You will have a good education, with some pensions admin experience.

Salary at £20-22k: You will have pensions experience with some qualifications, or studying towards pensions qualifications within the next 6 months.

FA2, CF1, RO1, RO4.


  • Contribute to effective two-way communication across your team and other teams.

  • Contribute to an innovative environment both within the team and the Customer Services department as a whole.

  • Maintain a good knowledge of the phone systems, procedures and processes is developed and maintained.

  • Help ensure that the whole team meets statutory, regulatory and compliance requirements.

  • Ensure a good level of communication is given to clients - adapting the delivery to suit the audience.

  • Develop and maintain an understanding of the company products, and their industry


  • Self motivated, driven personality with a willingness to learn.

  • Flexible and forward thinking when dealing with clients and/or processing work.

  • Ability to display a positive and "can do" attitude.
