Finance /Office Administrator 1 day a week part time

A part time role has come up in a niche HR, Coaching and Recruitment consultancy to assist the Managing Director with office , personal administration and financial work. The successful candidate will work with the MD whilst also liaising with 3rd party suppliers and clients, preparing invoices, VAT data, ad-hoc reports and data analysis, contracts etc.
The ideal candidate will be flexible, IT literate, especially in Excel, Word and Outlook and be numerate. At least 5 years office- based experience in a similar role is required and the successful candidate will work in part autonomously, in part with a colleague in the Midlands. Strong numerical and analysis skills and orientation are essential, as well as proven administration and organisational skills. A keen accuracy and attention to detail, able to work with little instruction and often in the absence of the MD A good communicator verbally and in writing, excellent inter-personal skills representing the Company to a very high standard are a 'must’ as is a 'can-do’ approach and flexible approach to work.
