£34,000 - £37,000 per annum + £4320 Car Allowance + Mileage
9am - 5pm Monday to Friday

We are looking for an experienced RGN to take on the role of Lead Nurse in the community and have clinical accountability for complex care clients, overseeing the placement of HCA's to the right client in order to deliver a professional and safe service and ensure that every person receives evidence based nursing care within a community setting.

Ideally we are looking for an experienced Paediatric Nurse, however we will also consider an Adult Nurse with experience of caring for children.

Community experience is desirable but not essential as full training and support will be given, however you will need 2 years recent experience in an acute environment if you have not recently worked in the community.

Part of your role will be to develop and train carers and nurses working within complex care packages or facilitate training in accordance with local contracts, assess customer's needs and risks and devise individual, holistic detailed care plans that are regularly evaluated.

Good communication skills are essential as you will develop relationships throughout the multi disciplinary teams in your area.

You will be based from home but cover a client base around the Chelmsford and surrounding area's looking after a caseload of up to 10 Clients so you will need to have a full driving license and your own transport. You will receive £4320 per annum car allowance + 25p per mile for all mileage.
