Job Title: Trainee IFA
Salary: £30,000 to £35,000
There is a fantastic opportunity here to for a successful Paraplanner / Trainee Independent Financial Adviser to join a well-established Financial Services Practice in the West Sussex area. Our Client are a growing practice with a fantastic industry name, focus on providing a highly personalised financial planning and investment management service with the Client at the heart of everything they do.
During a period of key expansion, our client is looking for a Trainee IFA to develop within their role and provide holistic advice to a range of High Net Worth clients which will be handed across the successful candidate once they achieve CAS status. The firm has the flexibility to mould the perfect opportunity around each person’s specific skillset, so the role can be tailored to exactly what you want. You will have the opportunity to progress to a fully competent adviser within a supportive team environment and full study support right the way through to Chartered. You will also have the opportunity to increase your earnings on a regular basis through building and developing your portfolio.
What’s needed to be considered?
In order to be considered for this unique opportunity, candidates need to have -
- Level 4 Diploma qualified or working towards this
- Previous experience within a fast-paced IFA Practice
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ambition and drive
