Our client, a housing association is looking to appoint a full time passionate and motivated Assistant Manager- Care Services to be responsible for the day to day management and of the Home Care Service in a given geographical area.

Circa £22000 - £24000 per annum based on experience
Our client's housing association was first formed in 1994. They continue to provide high quality and affordable homes to rent and buy. Today, they operate in Essex and East London and locally manage over 11,000 homes with plans in place to double in size over the next 5 years.
In addition to this they are proud to offer a range of supported accommodation throughout Essex and provide personalised Home Care and Community Support services to people living in various community settings.
Working with your Senior Care and Support Assistants, you will manage and coordinate a dispersed staff team to ensure the delivery of high quality services to customers living in the community, based on their individual needs and wishes. This will include the coordination of the staffing rota and customer schedules.
This is a challenging but exciting role where you will need to have excellent communication skills, experience of meeting CQC regulations, and managing and supervising a team providing personalised services to a range of people.
A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role. This post is also subject to an Enhanced DBS Check.
