Highly regarded, growing organisation who specialise in providing a particular service to their customers UK wide are looking for an enthusiastic and sales savvy Customer Service Advisor to join their team.
Established 15 years ago and continuously growing, this organisation employ around 100 staff members and are based on the outskirts of Cheltenham. Providing a range of services within the vehicle industry, this company are renowned for their excellent service and customer focus.
You will take day to day responsibility for providing excellent service and advice to customers, both face to face, over the phone and via email. Your role will encompass a variety of tasks including dealing with product enquiries, booking appointments, upselling and cross selling on additional services and occasionally visiting customers off site.
You will be a customer focused, ambitious and driven individual with experience of working in a commercial business, perhaps having worked as an Account Handler or Customer Service Advisor. As well as providing excellent service you will also be commercially aware and someone who is able to identify the opportunity for additional business through upselling and recommending suitable products to customers.
On top of a competitive basic salary, there is a generous bonus scheme in place with OTE of around £25k.
