Service Desk Analyst / Helpdesk Analyst. Up to £32k plus benefits.

Service Desk Analyst / Helpdesk Analyst required by a high calibre IT Managed Service Provider (MSP), based in Birmingham.

This business, which operates primarily as an IT Supplier to Professional Services organisations (Accountants, Law Firms etc.), is expanding quickly and offers the chance for significant career progression.

The role will require that you provide a high level of IT support for several prestigious clients of the business.

You’ll have some solid experience in as a line 1 or line 2 analyst / engineer and will have a good level of competency in the following:

Knowledge and Experience required:

  • Experience providing IT support in an office environment, ideally including Microsoft Office (ideally Office 365), Active Directory and setting up / trouble-shooting mobile devices and installation of PCs.
  • Experience of accurately recording all activity on company service desk system.
  • Ideally experience of working in an ITIL environment.

Must be eligable to work in the UK
