The successful Case Handler will need to create and follow all customer cases and accounts from start to finish. The Case Handler will need to use a mixture of both customer service and administration skills to prepare and process cases and deal with customers once all cases have been submitted to the banks. The Case Handler will be joining a dedicated and motivated team within a company offering fantastic career progression due to continued growth into other markets. The Case Handler will have previous experience and a solid background within the financial industry, at least 12 months experience is required for this role. The Case Handler should also be confident and have experience dealing with customers through the telephone to gather all information required to process the cases. The Case Handler will also hold strong administration experience and have knowledge of procedures and regulations within the financial industry.

Key Responsibilities -

- Checking information received from banks in relation to policies sold to customers.
- Adding new claims to the in-house computer systems and sending out letters to the customers.
- Build relationships with customers to obtain missing information required to complete the letters of claim which are submitted to the various banks.
- Liaise with lenders to chase updates on claims and relaying the information to the customer
- Deliver against defined targets every day and work with your manager to identify any development needs
- Adhere to regulatory and compliance framework at all times
- Be able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Be a team player
