Our boutique style Wealth Management client is seeking a dedicated, admin-experienced candidate to join their friendly, busy and vibrant team. They are looking for a team player, eager to contribute new ideas with a desire to make a difference.

The successful candidate will work within the administration department coordinated by the Client Services Manager. There is an intensive three month training programme on offer, where you will work in multiple roles within the department in order to gain an in depth understanding of the company.

The successful candidate will possess a high level of experience in administration within a financial sector, for example:

o Previous experience of working for an IFA
o Part of a technical team within a financial services company
o Administration Role within Pensions / Investments / Insurance, technical knowledge of a high level
* Excellent IT skills in MS Word & Excel
* The ability to work under pressure to deadlines.
* An excellent telephone manner and superb customer service skills
