Time Appointments are pleased to be working on behalf of a market leading brokers who are currently recruiting for a Broker Support Assistant to join their team.This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking to develop their career in a professional, fast paced industry.

To be considered for this role applicants must be educated to GCSE (or the equivalent) level as a minimum in Maths and English. Experience gained from working for a Commercial or Residential Mortgage Brokers would be highly beneficial, however not essential providing you have proven experience working in a financial services or professional commercial environment. Excellent IT skills are imperative, along with strong data processing skills and strong accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Duties & Responsibilities Include:

  • To proactively review processes and procedures to enhance the business
  • To process all mortgage applications in an efficient manner, ensuring that all outputs are accurate and issued in a timely manner
  • To ensure all mortgage administration is carried out in accordance with the companies Policy and procedures
  • To provide a first class service to all of the company’s clients through producing high standards of work and ensuring that all service standards are achieved
