Head Chef, Sous Chef and Kitchen assistant
We are a busy Seafront Hotel looking for a Head Chef, Sous Chef and Kitchen assistant.
The head Chef will oversee the kitchen operation to deliver high quality food whilst creating a seamless experience for guests.
You will be responsible for delivering freshly cooked dishes ranging from Hotel guest dining to full A La Carte menu offerings.
You will supervise all cooking and support personnel in the kitchen and ensure that all company policies, procedures and standards are adhered to.
Maintain safe, secure, and clean work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with sanitation, company and local legal regulations; overseeing food preparation, safety
Implement company Health & Safety policy and full responsibility for Food Safety Policy Managing food purchasing and storage, along with gp’s and stock takes.
Sous Chef/Kitchen assistant will be there to assist the head chef to achieve the above.
Attributes & Skills:
Head Chef/Sous Chef will need to have previous restaurant/hotel experience, Kitchen assistant full training can be given.
Highly motivated, passionate about cooking
Excellent communication skills with ability to interact with staff, managers, clients both verbally and written English
Confidence when working under pressure Have a passion for working and cooking with fresh ingredients
