It is essential for this role that interested applicants have relevant project management experience, including agile techniques.

You will have a good understanding of the Microsoft suite of technologies as well as a general IT awareness to be able to provide change leadership to drive the new behaviours needed for the change to succeed.

You will be responsible for working alongside one or more Project Delivery Managers to both enable staff to adopt the new technology being delivered and inspire/encourage/support staff to adopt new ways of working as a result.

• Leading Project Delivery
• Expert in leading a project which includes the provision of advice, guidance, mentoring and coaching to the delivery team
• Agile Project and Delivery Skills
• Expert in identifying and removing blockers that hinder delivery, manage risks and dependencies within, and between delivery teams
• Management and Leadership
• Expert in managing people and agile delivery to develop high-performing, self-motivated and collaborative teams
• Expert in using agile tools and techniques to track progress against delivery, current items in backlog, risks, issues and blockers in order to communicate project status to the team and stakeholders
• Continuous Improvement
• Expert in driving continuous, demonstrable improvements in the team and products, based on data derived from actual delivery
• Work with the Delivery Team to ensure that the product/platform/service follows the strategic roadmap, ensuring that the work is broken down into iterations and user stories where appropriate
• Managing Budgets and Finances
• Expert in managing budget/finances using appropriate project tracking and monitoring tools and techniques
• Setting the teams’ direction
• Expert in maintaining a clear sense of direction and purpose for the team, agreeing and achieving goals
