Customer Support Co-ordinator, £17k on a 12 month fixed term contract. Our client based in Central Brighton are looking for a couple of people to join their expanding team.

This is a busy and varied role where you will be accountable for the day to day management of all customer telephone calls and emails relating to auto-enrolment.

Duties to include:
- Using written and verbal skills to answer questions or enquiries regarding auto-enrolment.
- Dealing with inbound and making outbound calls to clients.
- Champion the customer at all times to mitigate any risks.

Full training will be given on auto-enrolment but candidates but candidates must have previous customer services, admin or auto-enrolment experience. Used to working under pressure, with the ability to take the initiative and be self-motivated. Full time role working Monday-Friday, 9-5.30pm, 20 days holidays plus Bank Holidays, free monthly massage. Social environment.
