Our client is a well known luxury leisure hotel in Bournemouth seeking highly organised and capable junior chefs with good basic skills and food knowledge to join the kitchen team. You will take eventually be able to take responsibility for the running of your section in a full service hotel in a key location close to the town and seafront.
This is a busy and rewarding role providing excellent career prospects for highly motivated chefs with one of the areas leading hotels.
You and the team will prepare and cook an extensive and varied menu of British and fusion dishes to very high standards using fresh local produce in the modern open kitchen to provide our guests with a dining experience of the highest quality.
You will provide the passion, drive and commitment to organize, and manage your section and contribute to the team while maintaining consistent quality. You will operate according company procedures to control and manage hygiene, stock and safety routines. Previous experience in a similar role in hotel or restaurant service is essential however this is an opportunity to learn and progress your career in an internationally recognised brand.
