Winners are working in partnership with an award winning, innovative production company based in Mid Cornwall in order to recruit a talented individual to join their established Personnel Team.

Reporting to the Personnel Manager and based in easily accessible, well-facilitated offices the key purpose of this role is to boost efficiency in reporting and financial performance of the personnel team through monitoring and reporting on personnel statistics within the local operation.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

Assisting with recruitment and resource administration, time keeping and absence monitoring, reporting and administration, assisting the Personnel Manager by providing admin assistance to case load and personnel reviews, handling enquiries to the Personnel Office and directing accordingly and reporting staff figures for payroll.

Already experienced in a people based administration role the successful applicant will possess excellent communication skills and be confident liaising with all levels of departmental staff. You will be a diligent worker with a natural appreciation of accuracy and attention to detail and understanding finance/payroll administration

This role would suit someone looking to progress into the HR/Personnel field or an already skilled Personnel Administrator seeking an opportunity with a larger organisation.

The role is available now and will be offered on a full time, permanent contract of employment.
