A Junior Java Developer with one commercial role at least is sort to work in a business critical team that are about embark on a completely Greenfield project. You will be working alongside a team of experience developers on a number of tasks. Their main application is being broken down into microservices so this is something that you will get to work on. The Greenfield project that you will be working on will give you experience working with AWS, Docker, Java 8 and spring, all skills that are a GAIN in this role.

There are of course a few requirements for a role that will be part of driving the business forward. The main and most important requirement is that you come from a Java Development background. You will understand the key OO concepts and able to explain them. You will have worked with or have an understanding between core Spring and spring MVC and willing to learn more, experience with unit testing preferable jUnit, an and understanding of SOA concepts, this last one is by no means a must have though.
