Adecco are proud to be working with a company based on the outskirts of Canterbury who are seeking a Event Management Graduate to join their team on a permanent basis.

Key Objectives
*Support the Event Manager during allocated events.
*Ensure all requirements of the event are met.
*Be point of contact for clients and guests.

Key Responsibilities
*Liaise with clients from enquiry to event.
*Advise clients of all details of event, and keep them informed.
*Produce accurate and informative orders.

The Candidate
*Strong Communication skills, both verbally and written.
*Attention to detail.
*Computer Literate, including Microsoft excel, outlook and word.
*Customer Focused.
*Previous events experience.
*Proven sales experience.
*Excellent hospitality knowledge.

This role can include unsociable working hours; therefore the ideal candidate must be acceptable to this requirement.

Salary is up to £19k plus 1/4 bonus, hours variable due to nature of job but normal 9-5.30. You will be responsible to run and manage events for corporate hospitality and team building
