You will be responsible for leading Service Design activity to turn the conceptual models into implementable services through the detailed scoping and design of Products and Services within Discovery and Development teams.

You will work with stakeholders to understand and agree architectural models that align with business strategy and objectives.

You will be facilitating international collaboration on EA and service related topics through a variety of mechanisms including participation in International projects, workshops, seminars and working groups.

You will work with Subject Matter Experts in other parts of the organisation to develop other architectural domains and ensuring overall coherence across the domains.

Key Skills & Experience required;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven knowledge and experience of applying Enterprise Architecture standards, frameworks methods and practices.
• Experience in Experience in Business Process Analysis and Reengineering techniques
• Expert in explaining complex situations to those across the organisation at all levels and with varying degrees of technical knowledge, in order to gain stakeholder agreement.
• Proven experience of pragmatic decision making, balancing strategic direction with operational necessities.
• Has an extensive understanding of organisational and wider government strategic objectives, and ensure that solutions are aligned with key priorities. Is alert to changes in strategic direction and assess the impact of change.
• Have delivered Services Designs in the context of Service Oriented Architectures
• Have an appreciation of International Frameworks and Standards for Statistical Service Development and experience in working within multinational project teams.
• Experience of Agile working practices.
