UK, working closely with NHS Trusts, Clinical Commissioning Groups and other Public and private sector organisations to provide people with access to scheduled and unscheduled healthcare services they need, when they need them.
An position has arisen in Primecare for a 111 Call Handler role which will be based from our Chelmsford office.  The position will be 20 hours per week covering evenings and weekends.   
Reporting to the Shift Manager, the Call Handler is responsible for handling all incoming calls to a 24/7 in and out of hours contact centre. Using the Adastra system the role holder will need to collect and record all appropriate information to allow for effective triage of patients and directing callers to the most appropriate care.

The Ideal Candidate will:
•    G.C.S.E. English and Maths.
•    Experience within a Call Centre environment.
•    Customer service experience.
•    Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•    Effective Communicator.
