Do you have a passion for Internal Communications? This is a rare opportunity to join a market leader in the travel industry as their Internal Communications Executive. Initially a 12 month contract this role is within the H.R department and will support the Business Change Manager in the development and implementation of the internal communications strategy for over 1200 employees.

The role will involve:
·Creating and delivering tailored employee communications, including research to collate and draft content for distribution.
·Creation, editing and publishing a regular digital newsletter.
·Supporting the production of communication collateral including presentations, video blogs, social media feeds and bulletins.
·Engaging with multiple stakeholders at all levels.
·Assisting with the management of the Change Agent network.

Skills & Experience required:
·Experience in employee communications.
·Excellent creative writing, editing and proof reading skills.
·Highly competent with MS Office including Sharepoint.
·Digitally aware with experience in new technologies & social media.
·A calm but enthusiastic approach.
·Excellent communication skills.
