The Senior Quantity Surveyor

This position for a Senior Quantity Surveyor will oversee sites that are built to high standards and will require a Surveyor who has house building experience. This is a high performing business which is looking for high performing people.

As Senior Quantity surveyor you should feel confident taking commercial lead on large projects and delegating responsibilities where needed. Our client is looking for a 'Team-leader' who is able to set working standards high and lead by example.

The ideal Senior Quantity Surveyor will come from a house building background, working for a developer now and looking to further their career in a role that offers continued progression. The Senior will be expected to manage a team of Assistants and Trainees.

* House building/residential experience is essential
* The company is very forward thinking therefore the right candidate must be driven and motivated
* They must be skilled in valuations, payments and budget handling and most importantly be able to add value to a project
* The role will involve working on a number of different projects at one time so a Senior Quantity Surveyor who can multi-task is essential
