DUTIES

Your duties and responsibilities as the Graduate Sales Executive / Entry Level Business Development Consultant / Trainee Account Manager:

• Maintain and develop the database

• Build long lasting relationships with current and future clients

• Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimise quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction

• Develop ideas and create offers for direct mail and marketing to major accounts

• Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by post, telephone, and personal visits

• Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information

• Carry out market research, competitor analysis and customer surveys

• Liaise and attend meetings with other Company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organisational development

• Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills
