Gleeson Recruitment Group are delighted to be working with our global business services client, who are a well-established, high performing business, who have their Centre of Excellence based in Bracknell.

Due to a recent promotion of their existing Project Finance Co-Ordinator, and the imminent implementation of SAP, our client is requiring an experienced individual, with recent Project Management experience, to join the team, for 9-12 months, with a high potential for extension beyond this time.

Reporting to the Project Manager, your duties as a Project Finance Co-Ordinator will include:

- Daily project plan up-dates for the wider team
- Working closely with the various internal teams - the Project teams and the Finance teams for daily updates
- Manage the Programme plan, supporting the Release Planning and build of the Release Plan, and maintaining the plans through weekly updates, variance analysis and change control
- Support the team in the production of status reports (daily, weekly, monthly), inputs to assurance reviews, stage gate materials and programme board packs.
- Carry out analysis of risks, issues and actions to prepare recommendations and follow up with PMO lead and programme team
- Facilitate meetings and reviews as assigned, e.g. weekly team meeting, preparation meetings, steering group meetings, including preparation of presentation materials and capture of actions
- Conduct Lessons Learned sessions, complete analysis and reporting of Lessons Learned with follow up actions
- Provide members of the programme team with coaching and training on how to follow the processes, such as document management, creating and managing various items, completing status reports, and following processes supported by SharePoint
Ideal profile as a Project Finance Co-Ordinator:
- Previous project coordination experience is essential. Programme Office or Project Management experience is an advantage
- Excellent communication and reasoning skills
- Must be fully proficient on all MS Packages especially MS Project, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio and SharePoint
- Process improvement, coaching, training & knowledge sharing skills
- Basic / foundational Project Management training (e.g. PMI CAPM Certified Associate in Project Management / APM Project Fundamentals Certification / Prince2 Foundation) is desirable
