My client is looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join their expanding IT department in Cheltenham. They are looking for a confident individual, to provide both on-site and over the phone IT Support.

As an IT Support Analyst, you responsibilities will include:
* 1st & 2nd Line Technical Support
* Adhering to SLA's
* Building of user equipment (PC's/Laptops and smartphone handsets)
* Equipment fault finding/troubleshooting, testing, repair or dispatch for repair.
* Assist in employee moves and meeting room setups, where appropriate

As an IT Support Analyst, you will possess the following:
* Knowledge of Windows 7 (Configuration & Support)
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010 (including Outlook)
* Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
* Experience in configuring & setting up PC's/laptops/Thin Clients
* Strong analytical and administrative skills.
* Ability to work within a high pressure environment.
* Excellent interpersonal skills
