Client Services Co-ordinator - Cheltenham - Salary £18,000 - £21,000 DOE

The role of Client Services Co -ordinator is to develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients, professional partners and introducers. To deliver a high level of support to the company's Financial Planners.

Key Accountabilities:

* Provide a high level of support to the company's ever-expanding client base

o Provide telephone, email and face to face support to clients

o Assist clients with all enquiries, ensuring queries are answered in a professional and timely manner

o Provide first class customer service at all times, projecting a positive and professional image of the company

o Work closely with the company's Reception to ensure a smooth transition for clients and other stakeholders who call

o Answer overflow Reception calls and provide support to Reception where business needs dictate

o Attend client events as and when required, always maintaining a courteous and professional manner

* Support the firm's Financial Planners to ensure client meetings take place in a timely manner

o Manage financial planner diaries by arranging client meetings for new and existing clients

o Liaise with paraplanning and admin teams to arrange support for financial planners for all meetings

* Input and maintain data in CRM system and virtual document store on a timely basis so that client records are accurate, up-to-date and useful

Key skills required:

* Customer Service is ESSENTIAL for all applicants
* Financial Services background preferred
* Proficient in Microsoft Office/CRM system
* Well organised, able to plan ahead, accurate and with high attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Self-motivated, keen to take industry exams and a desire to develop career further
* Ability to work under pressure while maintaining excellent attention to detail
* Appreciation of business processes, systems and technology
* Ability to prioritise workload effectively and work as part of a team
* Minimum 5 GCSE's graded A-C, including Math's & English

This role would be ideal for someone working towards or a desire to work towards Financial Services Industry qualifications.
