Marketing Executive (Travel): This is your exciting opportunity to work with a fast-paced, creative, fun and entrepreneurial team and to play a key role in developing something really special at an exciting time of innovation and growth. We are looking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic Marketing Executive with a proven track record. You will deliver results no matter what it takes and have a hunger and drive to build and grow. As Marketing Executive you will execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, for an innovative winter travel, music and events operator whilst also implementing a wide range of marketing initiatives to deliver sales leads and build multiple internal brands to support business growth objectives. This is an entry level marketing role offering lots of responsibility, variety and challenge. It would suit Marketing graduates or Marketing Coordinators /Executives with some commercial experience. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Promotions
*Produce promotional material to support sales and PR functions
*Keep up-to-date marketing resource library including videos, images, testimonials, brand etc.
*Analyse campaign results and measure against KPIs
*Ensure costs are kept within agreed budgets
*Contribute new ideas for marketing campaigns
*Drive creativity throughout all campaigns, from copy through to design and promotional mechanics, both offline and online
*Keep abreast of competitor activity and up-to-date with industry news
*Ensuring brand consistency around each brand
*Database management


Social Media:
*Deliver a variety of marketing activities to promote key brands including E-campaigns, Web and Blog content and social media.
*Execute a social media strategy across all platforms
*Curate, input and deliver exciting and engaging video marketing campaigns
*Initiating suitable social media partnerships including bloggers and influencers


Web:
*Assist with Design Production brief, management of copywriters, developers and delivery
*Update website content and landing pages using the CMS
*Support for SEO campaigns
*Curate, input and deliver exciting and engaging email marketing campaigns


Media:
*Manage the company media partner and coordinate brief, production, post production and delivery of photo and video assets alongside department heads per brand as required.
PR:
*Assist with PR partners to field journalist requests, distribute press releases and help to set objectives
*Delivery and distribution of Comms and Print assets at events and on site: promotions, POS for partnerships, Brand


Sponsorship / Partnerships:
*Assist alongside department heads in securing appropriate partners: leading on delivery of partnership agreements and maximising marketing exposure.


Skills & Experience:

*Marketing Diploma, Marketing Degree or 1-2 years experience as a Marketing Executive.
*Understanding of online & offline marketing disciplines.
*Knowledge (or willing to learn with training) of platforms such as MailChimp, Exact Target, Hoot Suite etc
*Basic HTML coding knowledge (or willingness to learn).
*Strong command of the English language and ability to write copy and captions for Direct Marketing, Emailers, letters, etc.
*Desire to learn and become a brand champion; energetic disposition.
*Strong attention to detail.
*Commercial and creative mind with an ability to think differently.
*Passion for travel and a natural flair for communicating to a wide range of consumers.
*Curiosity and desire to keep abreast of market trends and ahead of competitors.
*Preferable working knowledge (or capacity to learn with training) of artwork packages such as InDesign, Flash, Photoshop and Illustrator; and of web content management systems (WordPress etc.).
