Bored and want more from your job? Looking to progress but reached a dead end? Look no further...

A client of mine are currently looking for a competent Project Manager to run a medium sized residential project based in Central London. This is a number 1 role on site and will be reporting directly into a visiting Contracts Manager.

The project is a great job consisting of 60 units up to 5 storeys. This is an opportunity to have autonomy and take full control of a site. The project kicks off early next month so my client needs someone pretty quick!

Essential criteria and experience include:

* Relevant previous experience on new build residential
* Proven ability to manage projects from inception to completion
* Experience of temporary works procedures
* Ability to collaborate with, and manage, operational, design and client teams
* Producing project programmes and progress reports
* Implementing quality control procedures
* Commercial awareness
* Leadership skills
* CSCS / SMSTS qualified
* First Aid
* Valid driving licence
* IT skills

Desirable criteria:

* Professional qualification
* Degree qualified

If you are a Senior Site Manager looking for the next step or a Project Manager and just bored with your current role, get in touch with Ryan in the London office for a confidential conversation.
