Business Development Manager - Security Solutions - £30-35k + £20k + Car

The Role: Targeting new customers, the new Business Development Manager will be selling remote construction site security solutions which include fixed manned guarding services, CCTV and perimeter protection into the construction industry, dealing with contractors, security companies and housebuilders. You will be speaking to buyers, site foremen and quantity surveyors, conducting around 3-4 site surveys a week as well as prospect meetings.

The Company: Owned by one of the largest property management services in the UK, our client was formed over twenty years ago as a specialist provider of health & safety and property administration services. Now with a UK workforce of 700 and a growing annual turnover, they seek to recruit an extra Business Development Manager to cover the Midlands.

For this Business Development Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

* Field sales experience
* You will have a track record of selling to the construction industry
* Any security experience is a bonus
* Strong new business and relationship building skills are needed
