Customer Service Specialist (SaaS)
£28,000 - £30,000 + Benefits including 25 days holiday, healthcare, dental, pension and more

Working as a Customer Service Specialist for a growing software company in the City, you will be responsible for supporting their SaaS based platform and network.

The role may suit someone with previous support desk or technical customer service experience. Previous experience troubleshooting software applications is required, ideally around SaaS, PC, Mac and smartphones.

What will you be doing?

As a Customer Service Specialist you'll be involved in:

*Supporting the company's SaaS platform and network
*Taking ownership of service issues, ensuring they are resolved within the SLA
*Keeping customers updated
*Confident in dealing with stakeholders up to senior level and 1st line users
*Analysing faults and issues, looking at how these are caused and can be prevented to improve the customer experience
*Troubleshooting software applications such as SaaS, smartphone, PC and Mac

Your experience?

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will ideally you'll come from a support desk or technical customer service type background where you have dealt with a high volume of support requests. Previous experience within SaaS, customer online interaction or CRM platforms is beneficial. (Salesforce, Zendesk etc)

Any experience within network, voice or data is desirable however not essential. You'll be a strong communicator, be passionate about customer service looking for a role where you can progress within a growing SaaS technology company.
