I am working with a global organisation who are based in North London, currently looking for a Business Development Manager to join their growing sales team.

The Role:
I am looking for a Business Development Manager to generate new sales opportunities from self-sourced leads, selling the companies range of equipment and solutions to Hotels/Restaurants and other commercial kitchen facilities.
In the role of Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for leasing equipment and selling add on solutions covering London as an area. You will be based from the North London office and will be attending meetings to centrally based clients.

The Person:
To be successful in the role of Business Development Manager you will:
• Be skilled at networking, cold calling and have experience of selling in to hospitality
• Have a proven track record of closing sales
• Be very new business motivated and driven by money
• Be able to communicate comfortably at all levels and have an ability to build rapport quickly

The Company:
The company was originally set up in South African by an Entrepreneur who had ambitions to provide solutions to the Hospitality market to save them cost and time.
They are now operating in 25 countries. The UK operation is their most recent venture so at the moment it is a small set up, yet they have a very supportive team and due to them being in preliminary stages can offer the right candidate excellent prospects.

The Package:

The Basic Salary for the Business Development Manager is £35,000 with a realistic OTE of £12,000. You will also receive fully paid expenses for travel to client sites (Central visits which is why a car isn’t included) 28 days holiday, company pension, laptop and mobile phone.
