Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining staff expenses
  • Checking, posting and importing expenses to the financial system
  • Email queries/ suppliers/ staff/ expenses/ timesheets, etc.
  • Posting of staff expenses & verifying in accordance with company policy
  • Chasing outstanding timesheets
  • Chasing unapproved expenses
  • Weekly payment of staff expenses
  • Responsible for 2-3 key supplier accounts
  • Dealing with supplier queries
  • Monthly bank reconciliations

Experience and Skillset required:

  • AAT studier would be an advantage
  • Recent Accounting graduate looking for their first Finance roles would be considered
  • Good communication skills are essential
  • Attention to detail is key, must be able to provide relevant examples
  • Computer literate, good excel skills are a must
