Overview of Role
As a Group Head, you will be expert in selling their offering primarily to OOH Specialists, but also to Agencies and Clients. You’ll be leading the day to day trading and sale of their estate, whilst also connecting with people from across the business (Trading, Agency Sales, Marketing, Development, Technology) Success in this role will be demonstrated by achieving revenue goals through high levels of personal performance alongside effective liaison with all teams.

Key Accountabilities
• Successfully trade with specialist investment points; developing and maintaining high quality external relationships with key figures in Buying/Investment at relevant Specialists
• Balance reactive trading requirements with proactive targeting of clients
• Work with the Trading team to ensure they are confident in selling and trading, so they are able to accurately and competitively respond to reactive briefs
• Sell and negotiate large deals, engaging the Trading and Group Sales Director where appropriate
• Understand all systems required to administer and deliver campaigns, including Salesforce and proprietary systems
• Maintain and share a clear pricing approach for the company Specialist,

Agency and Client Engagement
• Work with the wider sales team to sell products into all specialists planning teams
• Liaise with Agency Sales leadership team to develop and maintain great relationships in agencies, influencing their spend across their estate
• Ensure the Agency team can confidently and independently tell the company story
• Support the team in provision of pre/post sales services such as site tours Marketing
• Collaborate closely with marketing and insight function to deliver ongoing, high quality, collateral to support the company sell. Engaging our Business
• Work with Trading Director and Group Sales Director to establish revenue targets
• Assess viability and timing of new developments with the Development team
• Work with external providers, such as Uniled, to manage scheduling and maintenance of our estate
• Engage our Campaign Planning team to optimise use of inventory.

Skills & Experience
• Knowledge of the OOH environment, with expertise in the large format premium OOH space
• Proven experience in media sales
• Previous experience of trading with Specialists to a senior level
• Broad external network within the Specialist industry
• Commercial awareness, particularly with upselling and cross selling within OOH
• Willingness to provide end to end solutions; from response to brief to administration and reporting
• Experience of successful negotiation through a structured approach, and developing partnership relationships
• Ability to successfully and effectively problem solve
• Excellent personal and communication skills that allow the development of strong relationships/partnerships
