Job duties and responsibilities:

* The successful applicant will be required to manage a team of Talent Partners within an office environment
* Successfully nurture and grow employer engagement and learner recruitment strategies
* To ensure that the region grows in all areas; internal staff, client base and learner numbers
* To conduct staff appraisals, set and monitor KPIs and individual targets, performance management and to inspire, mentor and motivate the team to achieve and exceed set targets and company objectives
* To oversee client retention and account manage some key accounts
* To work closely with Senior Management; reporting on figures, targets and pipeline accurately and timely
* Train new salespeople to ensure success of the team and growth of the region
* Manage day-to-day performance of all sales team members and deliver reviews

The successful candidate will have the following skills:

* Experience of managing a sales team within the training industry SFA / WBL
* Excellent knowledge of government funding streams / programmes / work based learning
* A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
* Solid experience in working in a target driven sales environment
* Competent in Maths & English (GSCE Grade C or above) and IT Proficient
* Outstanding interpersonal skills with a record of influencing and motivating others
* A confident communicator with the ability to inspire a sales team to achieve and exceed set KPIs
* Full UK driving licence and use of own car
