Domestic Gas Engineer- Service and Breakdown

£20-22ph MUST HAVE OWN VAN/ ESTATE CAR

Based: West London

My Client work with a wide variety of public and private sector clients and specialise in the full range of housing maintenance.

They have a number of exciting opportunies for experienced Gas Engineer to join their team covering West London. Reporting to the Supervisor, the role will require you to rectify breakdowns, day to day repairs, fault find and carry out annual servicing to domestic gas appliance checks. You may also need to carry out gas installations.

Naturally, you will be technically competent and qualified. You will have sustained high levels of productivity and performance and have the capacity to work with others when required. Your contribution will sustain the reputation for innovative and excellent customer service, giving my client their unique selling point in the sector.

Domestic Gas Engineer responsibilities Include:

* Deliver a consistent, right first time service
* Add value to all that you do whilst delivering exceptional customer service
* Support your team unconditionally
* Support colleagues where appropriate in delivering solutions to complex problems

The position includes a company van, fuel card, uniform and a tablet and training is provided to help you do the job to the best of your ability.

The ideal Domestic Gas Engineer will:

As a minimum you should have the following competencies:

* You will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a Gas Engineer role & will have experience in servicing, breakdown and full installations including all making good. You should be a customer focused individual, experienced in working in occupied properties with a passion for completing a high quality repair on time and at the first visit.
* CCN1, CENWAT, CPA1, CKR1, G3

Although not essential having the following qualifications would be advantageous:

* Part P, TETRA, Asbestos Awareness, Working at Height, Manual Handling.
* A commercial qualification would also be desirable but not essential
