Job Description

We are an expanding high-end luxury home ware retailer and wholesaler. We are looking for an experienced retail Wholesale account manager. The person should be lively, well organised,pro-active and accustomed to working in a small team.

The Role:

  • To maintain relationships with brand’s clients and expand present client database
  • To invoice clients and follow up with payments
  • To represent the brand at national/international trade shows
  • To be responsible for monthly product bulletin updates to customers in conjunction with our internal marketing team
  • To manage order placement, including reorders
  • To maintain and provide support for all purchase order processing
  • To update all relevant internal online and offline documents where required
  • To be a main point of contact for general enquiries
  • To assist in any ad-hoc requirement
  • To assist with the general maintenance of all products across various retail channels

The Candidate:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Wholesale sales
  • Excellent communicator, people-person
  • Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
  • Good analytical skills
  • Experience with Bright Pearl a bonus
  • Very good organisation
  • Attentive to detail
  • Self-motivated and ability to use initiative

The position will be based at our offices in east London
