Paraplanner / Senior Administrator - Birmingham

The paraplanner will be working alongside another paraplanner and Chartered financial advisers. The office are well situated in central Birmingham within easy access of the train station and beautiful Victorian offices. The company boast a professional family office feel, and provide advice to HNW/UHNW clients. The team are vibrant and positive, they get involved in local charities and directors have strong relationships with football clubs which opens up some interesting and fun opportunities.
The company require a competent paraplanner, you don’t need to be level 4 qualified as they will put you through your exams and cover the costs, however you must have solid experience of paraplanning / senior administration within a financial planning firm. They are part of simply biz, so a lot of the work is templated and they have in-house research tools that they can train you on. The company promote work life balance and only expect you to work 9 - 5 Monday to Friday, the basic salary is competitive and you will be eligible for a yearly bonus of up to 10%, salary reviews are yearly and you receive regular one to ones and a personal development plan.
