With continuous growth in recent years and an enviable client base throughout the UK & ROI. They operate across sectors including Healthcare, Retail, Commercial, Education, and Residential our client are seeking the right individual to contribute to the success and reputation of their business.
Your new role
A genuine opportunity for an experienced planner to join a reputable Northern Irish contractor on a permanent basis. The successful applicant will be expected to evaluate design drawings and develop building programmes for operational review. You will have a clear reporting line and will provide detailed support to the delivery team where you will be producing programmes and scheduling reports. Our client are anticipating applications from those who are degree qualified within a Construction discipline. You will have previous experience on large scale building projects managing the Primavera P6 programme for each tender.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this position you must be a highly motivated and career minded individual who is seeking an opportunity with a contractor who can provide longevity and career development. You must be commercially aware and technically proficient using Primavera 6 or ASTA Power Project. As well as this you will be comfortable and capable of producing tender programmes compliant with ITT, Tender Sum and Design. As some travel will be a requirement of the role you must be willing to travel to the UK as and when the need arises.
