Aftercare Manager – Construction
£50-55k plus car allowance, healthcare, pension, 24 days holiday

Our client is a leading construction company based in the North West who are now recruiting An Aftercare Manager.

As the Aftercare Manager, you will be responsible for providing an efficient and professional service to clients throughout the defects period together with meeting the KPI targets for the customer service team.

Main Responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with customer service procedures, by maintaining the client satisfaction score during the defects liability period within the KPI target
• Ensure defects are dealt with as expediently as possible with minimum cost to the company and minimum inconvenience to the clients.
• Cultivate good working relationships with subcontractors who are undertaking remedial works.
• Work with operational staff to resolve major items of contention
• Work with operational team to ensure tight cost control during defects period
• Monitor all outstanding tasks weekly and ensure action on ‘overdue defects’, providing support to the Customer Service Administrator where necessary.
• Provide technical support to Customer Service Administrator.
• Timely receipt of Making Good Defects certificate within the current target time
• Ensure action plan for items to be rectified, with expected date of completion included.

Skill, Experience & Qualifications needed
• Proven experience of the construction process.
• Working within financial constraints.
• Health and safety awareness.
• Minimum of an HNC or degree in an appropriate subject, or at least 10 years relevant work experience
