The Company

They are still a privately owned company and today are one of London most active residential property developers. They are international recognised and currently have 6 live projects in London alone, majority all valued at over £200M. In 2016 they completed 2000 new homes and this year currently 7000 are under construction.

The Role and Project

You will be a Project Manager solely responsible for the construction of the RC Frame and then going on to the core based in East London. The project will consist if 804 residential units with a build value of £350M. The project is due to start on site in approximately the next month so we are ideally looking for that right person to start as soon as possible.

Duties:

* Appointing the project team
* Managing Site Managers and Engineers
* Programming the shell & core works
* Weekly reporting into the Project Director
* Full Health & Safety Control and Set Up on Site
* Managing the Sub-contractors
* Deliver the project on time and to budget
* Report directly into the Project Director
